How do I return an item?


JC London Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We hope you adore your JC London pieces! However, if something isn’t quite perfect, we're here to help!

If you're dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return or exchange items that meet our eligibility criteria outlined below:

  • Ensure items are returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Send your return/exchange back to our warehouse within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items should be in pristine condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of any marks or stains.
  • Regrettably, returns not meeting these requirements will be declined and sent back to you.

Non-returnable items:

  • Products that have been used, laundered, stained, or harmed
  • Products lacking the original tags and packaging

Customers are responsible for return costs, and we recommend using a tracked service for shipping. Please note that your return won't be processed if it doesn't reach our warehouse for any reason. We can provide store credit for lost packages with proof of postage.

While we do not offer free returns currently, it's a feature we aim to introduce soon.

We've included a returns slip with your order for your convenience. Just fill it out and include it in your return package. Returns without this slip may cause delays. Stick the provided returns address on your package and choose your preferred carrier for sending it back to us.


Kindly ensure that the product you intend to buy is labeled as "final sale" in the product description before making your purchase. These items are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and not eligible for store credit.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
